Strength Training Camp


Improve your overall athleticism with targeted strength and conditioning sessions designed specifically for lacrosse players. Sessions will cover strength, mobility, and injury prevention.

  • All birth years run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00PM, investment $200.00/ 4 weeks

  • Minimum 6 players per group, first come first server basis to a maximum of 10

  • Located beside the Home Hardware on Maple Avenue at Bay 2 - 765 2nd Street SE
